You grant Prospect Engine a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, analyze, aggregate, anonymize, and incorporate that information for product development, service improvement, research, testing, and related business purposes connected to operating and improving the service. This includes aggregated and anonymized usage patterns and operational learnings. It does not change your ownership of your business or your right to use the lead outputs you purchase under these policies.
Lead Data You Receive
Lead outputs you purchase are provided for your business use, subject to these policies and applicable law.
- Use leads only for legitimate business purposes.
- Comply with applicable outreach, anti-spam, and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR where relevant.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead outputs to third parties.
- Report qualifying quality issues within 7 days if you want review under the Quality Guarantee policy.
Data Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle.
- Encryption for data in transit and at rest where supported by our infrastructure.
- Secure payment processing through third-party providers such as Stripe.
- Access controls and authentication for internal systems.
- Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and security updates.
Third-Party Services
Prospect Engine relies on third-party service providers to run core parts of the service. Those providers may process information only as needed to perform their functions.
